Making your audiovisual production accessible

Our media services include the production of accessibility assets, localization services, and production of audiovisual educational content.

Making an audiovisual production accessible to deaf audiences is easy; you add captions. To make it accessible to blind audiences, you add an audio description track. This could be a challenging but rewarding process. This alternate audio is a narration that helps the blind user understand what is happening on the screen.

Audio description provides people who are blind or have low vision with access to video content.

Audio description, also known as video description or descriptive service, is the narration of key visual elements of a program so that people with visual disabilities can have access to television programs, movies, videos or any other kind of audiovisual material. For television programs, this narration is available through an alternate audio channel-SAP that the viewer must activate.
